Disney’s Vinylmation Park Series 10 is the only set with a Disneyland Paris theme. It was released in July 2012 in France and August 2012 in the United States. This set consists of 12 3″ figures, with no 9″ figures.
When the series was released in the US each figure was originally priced at $12.95 and sold as blind boxes. They can be found for $15-$35 now. The exception is the rare Space Mountain chaser which is the most valuable at around $50 US.
At Disneyland Paris the figurines were €12 when released but soon after were on sale at 2 for €14.
This is a truly limited edition set that was sold through Disney for a short time and is now solely available through other collectors.
Vinylmation Park Series 10 Figurines
Let’s take a look at the different figurines from Disney’s Vinylmation Park Series 10. There were no cards included with Vinylmation Park Series 10 figurines. The following will include the name of the figurine, a quick blurb about it, as well as pictures of each.
Moteurs… Action! Stunt Show Spectacular
This fun figure shows a car jumping over flames with sparks shooting out from it across Mickey’s ears.
It’s a Small World
Mickey is covered in the bright colors and patterns found throughout the Small World ride area with a big sun for a face.
Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop
Mickey’s head is a cartoon camoflage print parachute and his feet are the solid ground.
Phantom Manor Mayor
Phantom Manor is Disneyland Paris’s version of the Haunted Mansion and this green-faced character greets guests by tipping his head off, not his hat!
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
This figure has the facade of the Hollywood Tower Hotel recreated on it.
Le Passage Enchante d’Aladdin (Aladdin’s Cave of Wonders)
This figure is a clever view of the tiger’s mouth entrance of the cave and Aladdin just at the entrance. The ears are dotted with stars in the night sky.
Orbitron
Disneyland Paris has a large gold Orbitron at its version of Tomorrowland. The ears of the figure feature the floating orbs against the sky and the head and body have the gold, orange and black patterns found on its outer surface.
Indiana Jones et le Temple du Peril (Temple of Doom)
Two giant snakes form the ears of this figure and the face is the distinctive spire of the ride against a blue sky.
La Cabane des Robinsons (Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse)
In this figure Mickey’s body is the sturdy tree and his head is the treetop where the house perches.
Big Mountain Thunder Railroad
This figure is the image of the train engine from the ride, with the head forming the smokestack.
Le Bateau du Capitaine Crochet (Captain Hook’s Ship)
This figure has a scary skull face and crashing waves below, with Captain Hook’s ship edging near the rocks.
Space Mountain (chaser)
The chaser in Park Series 10 is an abstract representation of space mountain, with starry space ears and the design elements of the cannon decorating most of Mickey.
